JAY TANNER AND HIS CREW HAVE BEEN GETTING RICH OFF OF FAKING DEMON HUNTS AND POSTING THEM ON YOUTUBE. UNFORTUNATELY FOR JAY AND HIS CREW THIS DEMON HUNT TURNS REAL.
Charming amateur movie-maker and director Jay Turner scoffs at the notion of the supernatural unless he has a captive audience. He fabricates content for a found footage “documentary” Youtube channel claiming demons are real. With a few cgi effects, clever camera work and the dramatic performances of his staff, he sells “credible proof” of the existence of evil spirits among us one video upload at a time. But Jay’s good fortune is twisted by fate when he finds out these myths are real and soon finds has become the boy who cried demon. Immersed in the horrors not of his own making, he and his friends must overcome a demonic apparition that will not let them escape.
