Breaking Glass Pictures, a prominent distributor of independent cinema, has acquired worldwide distribution rights to CASH STORM, a new disaster horror film in the tradition of TWISTERS and HARD RAIN.
Directed by Dan Lantz (whose HAYRIDE TO HELL, starring Kane Hodder and Bill Moseley, is released next month – you can see the trailer on IGN), and written by Lantz, the film stars Graham Wolfe, Rachel Aspen, and one furious storm – full of cash!
Bank Robbers crash their getaway car in the path of a tornado and all the money gets sucked into a funnel cloud. Two scientists rescue the robbers along with a chatty influencer and embark on a comical odyssey.
Xavier Michael, Shelby Hightower, Becca Jackson, and Xavier Michael star in a film produced by Richard Wolff and Susan Helfrich.
CASH STORM will be released October 8.
