Horrifying, yet beautifully written and eerily witty
Darkest Fears is the first horror book I’ve read in a while, and it completely blew me away. The stories are horrifying yet so beautifully written that I couldn’t stop reading. I was surprised by how many different genres it covered—horror, thriller, even a bit of dark humor that creeps in at just the right moments. The author’s imagination is incredible, and each story left me thinking about it long after I’d finished. If you’re looking for a horror collection that’s both chilling and artfully crafted, I can’t recommend Darkest Fears enough.

About the author:
Stuart Beaton was born and raised in south London. Growing up, he developed an interest in military history, an addiction to heavy metal and a thoroughly unhealthy fascination for horror fiction. As punishment for being bad in a former life, he spent over forty years working for “the Man” before retirement allowed him to dedicate more time to painting little toy soldiers, watching monster movies and writing.
