CLOWN IN A CORNFIELD TO HIT DRIVE-INS NATIONWIDE FOR ONE WEEKEND ONLY AHEAD OF ITS THEATRICAL RELEASE

CLOWN IN A CORNFIELD, the hotly anticipated horror film based on the Award-Winning Novel of the same name by Adam Cesare, is gearing up for a nationwide theatrical release on May 9th. Just ahead of this release, the film will exclusively hit drive-ins across the country for one weekend only.  

From May 2-3, drive-in chains including West Wind, Four Brothers and Galaxy will showcase the film with attendees to receive a limited edition CLOWN IN A CORNFIELD poster, while supplies last. Tickets can be purchased by checking out the film’s drive-in page

CLOWN IN A CORNFIELD made its world premiere at this year’s SXSW Film and TV Festival and is currently rated at 93% on Rotten Tomatoes.

Directed by Eli Craig (Tucker and Dale vs Evil), co-written by Craig and Carter Blanchard, the film stars Katie Douglas (“Ginny & Georgia”), Carson MacCormac (Shazam!), Aaron Abrams (“Hannibal”),Will Sasso (The Three Stooges) and Kevin Durand (Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes).

In CLOWN IN A CORNFIELD, Quinn and her father have just moved to the quiet town of Kettle Springs hoping for a fresh start. Instead, she discovers a fractured community that has fallen on hard times after the treasured Baypen Corn Syrup Factory burned down. As the locals bicker amongst themselves and tensions boil over, a sinister, grinning figure emerges from the cornfields to cleanse the town of its burdens, one bloody victim at a time. Welcome to Kettle Springs. The real fun starts when Frendo the clown comes out to play.
