Fearopoly and Sledgehammer Horror present Desperate Measures, a character-driven psychological horror short film that embraces the long-standing tradition of low-budget indie horror.
Real-life couple Ken and Ashley Sledge star as Randy and Wendy, a married couple attempting to salvage their crumbling relationship at a secluded retreat. But their romantic getaway takes a turn when they are taunted by an unwelcome guest who forces them to confront the truth about their marriage.
Written and directed by Michelle Hanson (Season 666 on Tubi), Desperate Measures also stars Kristin Green and Shane Stefanchik, and will be available on YouTube starting August 17, 2025.
Desperate Measures had its world premiere at GhoulieCon 2025, and is set to screen at Horror at the Ohio Film Festival in October 2025.
