VOID SIGNAL announces the US release of the sci-fi horror film, MAR.IA. The film is being distributed in the US by ALLIANCE HOME ENTERTAINMENT, and will be available on Digital, DVD, and Blu-Ray on October 14th.
An erotic sci-fi thriller that combines THE TERMINATOR and I SPIT ON YOUR GRAVE, MAR.IA tells the story of Maria Black – an adult film star who transforms into a vengeful cyborg. After her mysterious disappearance, she resurfaces seeking revenge, leading to a gory series of reckonings and a blood-soaked finale.
MAR.IA previously had an incredibly successful festival run, with selections at 12 international festivals where it received multiple awards, including ‘Best Director’ at CINEFANTASY, ‘Best Actress’ at NOCTÁMBULO, and ‘Best Picture’ at BUENOS AIRES ROJO SANGRE to name a few.

MAR.IA is directed by Gabriel Grieco and Nicanor Loreti, written by Nicanor Loreti, and stars Daria Panchenko as Maria Black. Other featured cast members include William Prociuk, Magui Bravi, Sofía Gala Castiglione, Malena Sánchez, Juan Palomino, and Gabriel Grieco.
