“This ain’t no walk in the park! ”

Dinosaur action-horror PRIMITIVE WAR has just dropped its final action packed trailer ahead of its Australian and American cinema release on August 21!

The hotly anticipated final trailer premiered at this year’s San Diego Comic Con with Director Luke Sparke (Occupation Rainfall), Australian actor Ryan Kwanten (True Blood), Tricia Helfer (Battlestar Galactica), Nick Wechsler (The Boyz) and Jemery Piven (Entourage) presenting unseen footage from the film.

“The reactions to the trailers and footage has been insane. The team and I have worked extremely hard to make this film as action packed and wild as possible – it’s a Dino-action extravaganza!” Director Luke Sparke.

The first teaser trailer mounted a huge reaction online, quickly racking up over 5 million views on Youtube alone – one of the most watched trailers for an independently released film trailer out of Australia – EVER!

“To those sharing our film trailer, we the filmmakers appreciate you. Because of you sharing our teaser trailer we’ve reached millions – people are going to lose it over the full trailer, I promise you!” Director Luke Sparke.

Written and directed by Luke Sparke (Occupation Rainfall, Bring Him to Me) and produced by Carly Sparke and Carmel Imrie of Sparke Films. The film is based on the cult-followed book by Ethan Pettus where a squad of soldiers in 1968 discover that dinosaurs have been let loose in the jungles of the Vietnam war.

“A recon unit known as Vulture Squad is sent to an isolated jungle valley to uncover the fate of a missing Green Beret platoon. They soon discover they are not alone.”

PRIMITIVE WAR hits American theatres from Fathom Entertainment and Australian Theatres from Rialto Distribution on August 21!
