FrightFest has presented the best in global genre short film since 2004, and this year’s selection of provocative tales highlights a record-breaking year of entries as the festival programmes four Short Film Showcases, all offering their own terrifying twists and turns.
This year’s selection, screened at the Odeon LUXE West End, unleashes the latest genre gems from across the world. There are twenty-nine world premieres, with nine countries represented, spanning four continents.

A bad day can be the root of the problem in DEAD TOOTH. OBEY! asks if every dog has its day, and will you have the rug pulled from under you in TAPESTRY? A high with nature may have its comedowns in FLOWERS, and a family man is seduced by technology in PANDORA. INC. It’s definitely not Santa coming down the chimney in VӒSEN and a frustrated Ava just can’t find the right words in VOWELS. Some doors are meant to stay closed in FIVE STAR, and pets can be more dangerous than you think in MURDERBIRD

Puberty can be a vengeful creature in PIMPLE, whilst you can’t always see your closest admirers in IT LOVES ME SO.
