LIMITED EDITION BLU-RAY
RELEASED 26 OCTOBER 2026

Some places should never open their doors…

One of the most acclaimed found-footage horror films of the modern era is finally coming to Blu-ray in the UK as Last Slate Video presents Stephen Cognetti’s Hell House LLC in a feature-packed Limited Edition.

In 2009, tragedy struck during the opening night of Hell House, a Halloween haunted attraction inside the abandoned Abaddon Hotel. Fifteen guests and staff lost their lives in what authorities dismissed as a catastrophic malfunction. The true events of that night have remained a mystery ever since.

Years later, an investigative documentary team uncovers long-lost footage captured by the Hell House crew in the days leading up to the disaster. As they piece together the final preparations for the attraction, a series of increasingly disturbing incidents begins to emerge. Strange figures appear where they shouldn’t, props seem to move on their own, and an overwhelming sense of dread settles over the hotel. But with opening night fast approaching, the team presses on, unaware of the unimaginable horror awaiting them.

Written and directed by Stephen Cognetti, Hell House LLC has earned its place as one of the most acclaimed found-footage horror films of its era. A masterclass in slow-burning suspense and creeping atmosphere, the film has grown into a modern cult favourite with an international following.

Now, for the first time, UK collectors will be able to own the film on Blu-ray courtesy of Last Slate Video.

The region-free Limited Edition Blu-ray includes both the Full HD 1080p presentation of Hell House LLC and the Director’s Cut, alongside an extensive collection of archive and newly produced bonus material. The edition arrives in an O-card featuring brand-new commissioned artwork by Joaquin Gonzalez, accompanied by a reversible sleeve, reversible poster and four collectible postcards. The release’s region-free status means it can be enjoyed by collectors worldwide.

THE HOUSE ON SORORITY ROW
COLLECTOR’S EDITION 4K UHD
WORLDWIDE 4K UHD PREMIERE — 7 DECEMBER 2026

Someone’s having a party… and someone’s killing the guests.

The early 1980s were the golden age of the slasher film, and among the masked killers, summer camps and blood-soaked holidays emerged one of the era’s most stylish and enduring cult favourites, The House on Sorority Row.

Seven sorority sisters are preparing to celebrate graduation with one final party at their sorority house. But when their domineering house mother, Mrs Slater, threatens to ruin the festivities, the girls decide to teach her a lesson with an elaborate prank. When the joke goes horribly wrong, they make the fateful decision to hide what they have done and carry on with the party.

But someone knows their secret.

As night falls and the celebrations begin, an unseen killer starts stalking the house, turning graduation night into a deadly game of revenge. Armed with Mrs Slater’s distinctive walking cane, the mysterious assailant begins picking off the sisters one by one.

Written and directed by Mark Rosman and starring Kate McNeil, Eileen Davidson and Harley Jane Kozak, The House on Sorority Row combines atmospheric cinematography, inventive kills, mounting suspense and a superb Richard Band score, performed by the London Philharmonic Orchestra, to deliver everything fans love about the classic American slasher.

More than four decades after its original release, the film has earned a devoted cult following and remains an essential slice of 1980s horror.

Now Last Slate Video is bringing The House on Sorority Row to 4K Ultra HD for the first time anywhere in the world, marking the worldwide UHD premiere of one of the golden age of slasher cinema’s enduring cult classics.

The Collector’s Edition will be accompanied by an extensive collection of physical and on-disc extras, including an exclusive 60-page collector’s book, reversible poster, four postcards and newly commissioned alternative artwork.

AN ORIGINAL VISION — 44 YEARS LATER

The newly commissioned alternative artwork by Bayarmagnai Avirmed has a particularly special connection to the history of The House on Sorority Row.

The artwork is based on writer/director Mark Rosman’s original poster concept for the film from 1982. Rosman’s idea was ultimately nixed by the studio and never realised as the film’s theatrical poster.

Now, 44 years later, Last Slate Video has commissioned Bayarmagnai Avirmed to finally bring Rosman’s original concept to life, with the resulting artwork appearing on the reversible sleeve of this new Collector’s Edition.

The artwork accompanies the film’s original artwork on the release, giving collectors the choice of how they display the edition.
