After a brutal naval battle leaves their ship in ruins, a crew of pirates flee for their lives, only to wash ashore on a remote island that offers no real refuge. With the Navy closing in and no way back to sea, the crew quickly realizes the island isn’t uninhabited. It’s home to a terrifying cult, bound to rituals and secrets that have festered for generations, far from the eyes of civilization.
As the pirates try to evade capture and find a way off the island, they’re drawn deeper into the cult’s territory and into a nightmare with its own set of rules. What started as a desperate escape from the law becomes a fight for survival against something far older, far darker, and far less forgiving than the gallows they were running from.
Trapped between the Navy at their backs and the cult closing in around them, the pirates must uncover the island’s secrets fast, because every hour they stay, fewer of them are getting out alive.
