Faceplant Theatre’s ‘The Service’ Showing as Part of the London Horror Festival

The rapture is approaching. When it does, will your soul be saved? After years in hiding, the lone surviving siblings of an extreme religious cult, are finally ready to tell their story. And they need you, to bear witness to a momentous occasion, which they believe will alter the very fabric of our world…The birth of the second coming.

Welcome to the dawn of a new era. Welcome to the end of days. Welcome, to The Service.

Faceplant Theatre brings you a darkly comic, interactive horror; that will have you singing hymns, confessing sins, and consecrating the sacred cabbage. The prophecy has been written in alphabetti spaghetti, no one can doubt them now.

This unique piece of comedy horror promises to chill, confuse and covert you.

Founding members, Alice Bounce, Owen Jenkins, Maxwell Tyler and Lydia Hourian met whilst touring with Olivier nominated Les Enfants Terribles. United in their love of original storytelling, clowning, and character driven theatre, they set up Faceplant Theatre company, to share this passion. After placing top 3 in the London Horror Festival’s new writing competition last year, Faceplant decided to develop the piece into a full length show, The Service.

All output is written and devised by the company.

The Service is on at The Old Red Lion Theatre on the 16th and 17th of October, as part of the London Horror Festival 2017.

Ticket price £8, £6 concessions.
