Introducing Harpy Productions’ Debut Audio Drama…

Based on a short horror story by Edwin Crowe (first published as a creepypasta on the ‘nosleep’ subreddit) “My Father Punished Me When I Talked to Ghosts” tells the story of Sean, a blind boy living alone with his father near the edges of reality – where the dead slip back to the world of the living. This strange coming of age story deals with themes of abuse, disability, and the power of friendship to rise above them both.

This story by Edwin Crowe has been adapted into an Audio Drama by Noga Flaishon and Harpy Productions. Using a cast of highly talented actors, we were able to bring this truly amazing Creepypasta to life.

Blindness consultation and advice was provided by Joe Strechay, best known for his work on See (2019) the American science fiction drama TV series produced for Apple TV+ starring Jason Momoa, and Daredevil (2015) the TV series about the blind Marvel Super Hero starring Charlie Cox.

Starring: Harry Ryan, Edina Hadley, Angus Easener, Shady Murphy, Helena Muir and Penny Ashmore.
