The 21st Annual SHRIEKFEST Announces its Short Film Line Up!

The annual Los Angeles competition will kick off with an opening night gala September 30

Shriekfest Film Festival has unveiled the official selection of short films headed to the 21st edition of the festival.   Fifty Five short films make up the 2021 line up and 4 Music Videos!  The films come from countries including Spain, Sweden, Canada, Czech Republic, Norway, Israel, Netherlands, France, Italy, Australia, New Zealand, Denmark,and the United Kingdom, states including CA, NY, TX, GA, OK, LA, FL, CT,and  WA.  Festival Director Denise Gossett says “I love our shorts program and so does the community, it’s a definite must see!”.

The Shriekfest Film Festival runs September 30th-October 3rd, 2021. An opening night party will take place at Bar Sinister in Hollywood; the rest of the festival will be at the iconic Raleigh Studios on Melrose Ave.

Shriekfest, now in its 21st year, was created in July 2001 by Denise Gossett and has grown into the longest-running and one of the largest horror and sci-fi film festivals in the country. Since its inception, Shriekfest has offered young and upcoming writers, actors, directors, and producers a chance to have their work screened and rated by peers.
