Danse Macabre is pleased to announce the UK and Ireland release of Chilean revenge horror SNUFF TAPES which is now available to stream and download from Sky, Apple, Google, Microsoft and YouTube.
In the tradition of Irreversible and Baise Moi, SNUFF TAPES written and directed by Vito Garcia Viedma, tells the story of an abused woman who discovers explicit footage of her assault on an old VHS tape. To exact revenge, she gathers a group of other victims and lures the perpertrator into a trap.
SNUFF TAPES which won Best Film at Dark Veins Film Festival in Italy and Best Actress at Santiago Horror Film Festival in Chile is the latest instalment in a new wave of genre films from Latin America that Danse Macabre has released worldwide including The Unburied by Alejandro Cohen Arrazi, Scavenger by Luciana Garraza and Eric Fleitas, The Quarry by Bernardo and Rafael Antonaccio, Infection by Flavio Pedota, I Am Toxic by Pablo Pares and The House at the End of Time by Alejandro Hidalgo.
