Free One-Day Gathering Will Take Attendees on a Journey Through The Human Mind
Expect the unexpected with The Mind Revolution Experience, a new motivational and immersive theater event that invites participants onto a transformative journey through the fascinating workings of the mind. The free two-hour workshop, held on Thursday, March 14, 2024 at The Producers Club in New York City, incorporates films, light shows, and brain-stimulating music.
The gathering will introduce attendees to three experiences:
- THE THEATER OF THE MIND: Our inner mental movies significantly influence our feelings and perceptions of the world. By understanding and tapping into these, we can shape our reality. Techniques will be taught to remove fears, PTSD, trauma, and limiting beliefs, to allow for greater control over one’s life.
- THE INNER FAMILY INSIDE YOU: Neuroscience reveals that our minds are not a single unified self, but a collection of competing selves. These inner conflicts can lead to addictions, negative habits, depression, sadness, and self-sabotage. Learn the practice of harmonizing these different selves for a more grounded-centered way of life.
- COHERENCE IS THE KEY TO UNLOCKING YOUR POTENTIAL: Split Brain research has shown that the left brain tends to be analytical, while the right brain is more holistic. The left brain generates the stories we tell ourselves including beliefs and values, while the right brain is associated with spiritual experiences, feelings of well-being, and timelessness. Attendees will learn a practice to induce coherence, a state where our left and right brains work in harmony to create greater wholeness.
