Critics are Raving About Chilling, Tense, & Visually Stunning THE BLACK MASS

Direct from a lauded theatrical run, Devanny Pinn’s THE BLACK MASS is now available on Blu-ray, DVD, and Digital from Cleopatra Entertainment.

Featuring a superlative ensemble, including Andrew Sykes, Lisa Wilcox, Sarah Nicklin, Susan Lanier, Lew Temple, Eva Hamilton, and Eileen Deitz, the true-crime thriller is inspired by real events, taking place over a 24- hour period in Florida during the winter of ’78.

The “chilling, tense, and visual stunning” pic (Pop Horror) follows a serial killer in the days leading up to his final, unhinged rampage, providing a disturbing and terrifying look into the warped psyche of a notorious murderer, as well as the ramifications of his violence for those who fell victim to it, and for those who survived.

A film that “that really goes to lengths in order to tell the story for the victims” (Horror Geek Life), Pinn’s directorial debut also stars Jennifer Wenger, Kathleen Kinmont, and Jeremy London.

Since playing to acclaim at Frightfest, The Black Mass, written by Eric Pereira and Brandon Slagle, continues to win over critics, who call it “unnerving & unrelenting” (1428 Elm), “methodical and powerful” (AIPT), and a “fascinating take on serial killers” (Dread Central).
