Connecticut’s Original Paranormal Convention
July 20-21 Reveals Special Guests
ParaConn, CT’s original paranormal convention, will be returning to the state, but in a brand new location. On Saturday and Sunday, July 20-21 the paranormal season begins with this spooky spectacular at the Baldwin Center in Stratford, CT. The haunted weekend event will feature special guests, seminars, panels, speakers, vendors, exhibits, a film festival, and much more. It is open to all ages and will feature a plethora of fun and ghost-filled activities for all ages, of interest to the most experienced of paranormal investigators as well as the most casual fan or student of the occult and all things haunted.
The initial roster of Special Guest Speakers and Panelists has been announced, and there are many notables making their first-ever convention appearances:
ANDY ANDREWS, one of the original paranormal investigators on the TV show Ghost Hunters and Ghost Hunters International, and this is his first-ever appearing at a paranormal convention. He will be talking about his supernatural adventures and his time on the epic series.
LAUREN ROBBINS, known as “The Lady of the Dunes Medium, is an Award-Winning Tested and Endorsed Psychic and Afterlife Medium, Author, Paranormal Investigator, and Spiritual Teacher. She has made numerous television appearances, but this is also her first convention.
KENNETH DRAKE, “Hollywood’s Haunted Psychic,” has done over 50,000 readings, and was ranked #1 Psychic Network Advisor in the U.S. and Canada 18 consecutive years. This is also his convention debut.
DAVE JULIANO is an ordained Independent Catholic Priest, and the author of “Positive Energy for Haunted Homes” and “Ghost Research 101: Investigating Haunted Homes.” He has been researching ghosts for over 38 years, and his primary area of focus is demonology and deliverance/exorcism. His organization, South Jersey Ghost Research & Sanctuary Paranormal, has been “Helping the Haunted Since 1955.”
LAURISSA REX is a natural born psychic medium with all 5 “clares.” She is adept at automatic writing, remote viewing, and psychometry. She is also the CEO of Third Eye Event Productions, LLC, The Haunted Mafia, LLC and the founder at PARA, Palmerton Area Research Alliance. She has hosted her own paracons, but this is her first ParaConn.
JIMMY “Mr. Haunted” PETONITO began taking photos in haunted cemeteries in the late eighties. In 1991 he shared his findings with Ed and Lorraine Warren. He was invited to be a member of the New England Society for Psychic Research and was trained by – and worked alongside – The Warrens. He has appeared on the TV shows Sightings, Unsolved Mysteries, and ABC-TV’s Primetime Live. He has been an invited guest to ParaConn since it began in 2021.
LAUREN and DANNY RADIKAL of The Radikals, work with Demonologists and Exorcists to remove “problematic” objects and contain them for safe keeping in their private museum. They are returning guests.

ParaConn 4 is hosted by “The Shaman and The Showman LLC,” Thomas Gormley and Charles F Rosenay!!!, who are also gues speakers. Gormley is known as the “Archangel of The Paranormal.” He is a veteran investigator and true crimes expert. Rosenay!!! is the organizer of the “Dracula Tours to Transylvania,” and the “GHOSTours to Europe.” Charles is the founder of the “Fright Haven” haunted attraction, and also the author of the book, “True Ghost Stories of Connecticut.”
Along with the great guests, a major highlight of the weekend is the huge marketplace with vendors, readers, and exhibitors from all over the East Coast. There will be 50 vendors including paranormal groups, haunt artists and businesses, horror and sci-fi genre booths, authors, publishers, clothing costumes & make-up specialists, cryptozoology, wizardry, astrologists, psychics/mediums, tarot and palm readers, card and crystal readers, occult artifacts, artisans, crafters, jewelers, monster memorabilia, sci-fi collectibles, hand-made items and related merchandise, and more.
All ages are welcome, under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. The hours are 11am-6pm on Saturday and Sunday. Advance General Admission is only $19.99 in advance, $25 day of show. There are also a limited number of advance VIP admissions at $29.99 in advance, which entitle guests to early admission (10am), guaranteed up-close seating, and other benefits.
