Creator Quotes:

“Dollar $tore Killers is not your average horror piece. There aren’t immense jump scares, there aren’t heads swinging from rafters. It’s methodical. It’s calculated. It’s about being fed up with a cyclical system designed to never let you off the ride. The funny parts reflect that. The drama reflects that. The horror reflects that. Life is unfair. And so are The Dollar Store Killers.” Cleve Braddy, Director

“I wanted to write something that spoke to the real-world horrors that propel people to commit heinous acts of unthinkable violence. The foundation of the story is rooted in the kind of corruption you see taking place every day and the powerlessness that comes along with believing you lack the power to change things for the better It’s a brutal, darkly comic piece of existential horror with a wide range of influences, from the Coen Brothers to Christopher Guest.” Angus Houvouras, Screenwriter
