We are currently running a Kickstarter campaign to complete the “Unlimited Complete Edition” of *Nightmare Bugs*—an animated horror film created entirely by animator Saku Sakamoto. Even in its unfinished state, the film garnered high acclaim at the 58th Sitges International Fantastic Film Festival of Catalonia, where it was hailed as a “hellish version of *Alice in Wonderland*.”

Saku Sakamoto is an animator who launched his professional career creating digital effects for Mamoru Oshii’s “Ghost in the Shell 2: Innocence” and went on to produce work such as the ending animation for the game “Tekken Tag Tournament 2” (PS3, etc.). Many directors hold Sakamoto’s talent in high regard, including Oscar® winner Kunio Kato and Takashi Shimizu—the director of “Ju-On” and the first Japanese filmmaker to have a live-action movie top the U.S. box office. Now, this creator attracting so much attention is pouring his heart and soul into his latest feature-length animated film, “Nightmare Bugs”.
