Casablanca Film Factory Horror Film Festival 2025 Announces Winners

The winners of the 4th Casablanca Film Factory Horror Film Festival (CFFHFF) 2025 have been officially announced. Organized by the film production company Casablanca Film Factory, the festival aims to promote independent horror cinema from across the world and provide a global platform for emerging and established filmmakers in the genre.

This year’s festival witnessed strong participation from international filmmakers, with all major awards going to films from the United States, highlighting the global reach and competitive nature of the event.

The American film Every Day Is The End Of The World, directed by Greg L Hines, was selected as the Best Horror Feature Film. The jury praised the film for its intense atmosphere, storytelling, and strong thematic depth.

The Best Horror Short Film award went to A Vampire’s Kiss, directed by Mark Francis, for its effective narrative, visual style, and classic horror sensibilities.

The Best Found Footage Horror Film award was won by Zero90Six.[Redacted], directed by Carter Cox, which stood out for its realism, tension, and innovative use of the found-footage format.

Meanwhile, RENT A FRIEND!, directed by Mike Madigan, received the Best Experimental Horror Film award for its originality, unconventional approach, and bold exploration of horror themes.

Casablanca Film Factory has produced several notable horror films, including ‘Vazhiye’, ‘Dreadful Chapters’, and ‘Anthima Kshanagalu’. Their upcoming projects include ‘Dreadful Tales’ and ‘Disease X: The Zombie Experiment’, along with several other horror films currently in pre-production or development.
