Starring Mena Suvari and Adriana Barraza, the film hits Sky on August 28th ahead of its US release
The brand new trailer has been released from George Henry Horton’s thriller DARK OBSESSION, starring Blaine Morris (MTV’s SKINS), Mena Suvari (AMERICAN BEAUTY), Adriana Barraza (BLUE BEETLE, BABEL), and Danielle Harris (Rob Zombie’s HALLOWEEN). DARK OBSESSION will be released in the UK on August 28, 2023 on Sky, with a US release later this fall.
Written by George Henry Horton and Blaine Morris, and directed by Horton, DARK OBSESSION was produced by Horton, Morris, Danielle Harris, Alyssa Katalyna, and Matt Simonelli.
Anne (Blaine Morris), an aspiring painter and housewife, struggles with inner demons and a mysterious presence lurking in the forest surrounding her home after being forced into a life of solitude when her husband leaves unexpectedly. The only person she can speak to is her closest confidant Maya (Mena Suvari), who has a dark secret of her own. Do the answers perhaps lie with her mother (Adriana Barraza), who desperately tries to connect with her, or her fearful neighbor, Charlotte (Danielle Harris)?
