WAKE stars Shoniqua Shandai, J. Alphonse Nicholson, Parker McKenna Posey, and DeRay Davis. The film follows a narcoleptic professor (Shandai) struggling to differentiate reality from hallucinations who believes she witnessed a murder by her neighbor, who’s a known and popular rapper. Determined and obsessed with finding out the truth, she’ll risk it all to take him down, but soon realizes he’s turned his wrath on her and her friends.
